Daycare Quality Requires Education Not Just Care

The problem of quality childcare and daycare is hard to solve because anybody can have a child but the conditions under which children are raised vary enormously and are rarely thought about; the founder of Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains devoted her life to contraception after realizing that, beyond care, education was required to prevent neglect and malnutrition.
