Biden's Failure to Rein In Executive Power

Trump revealed that norms are only an honor system, and Biden's failure to rein in executive power while he had it was a catastrophic missed opportunity; the right future president should earn credibility by voluntarily limiting their own power (war powers, anti-corruption laws) before doing what needs to be done.
