Many-Worlds Is Conceptually Most Parsimonious

Many-worlds is the simplest, most parsimonious interpretation of quantum mechanics because it simply takes the Schrödinger equation literally: when a superposed system is measured, the equation already predicts both outcomes plus an observer who saw each, so rather than magically deleting the unobserved branch (as the Copenhagen interpretation does), one should admit both branches exist; it is messy in number of universes but maximally simple in concepts, and interpretations should be judged on concepts not universe-count.
