Even if the direct influence of genes on brain physiology for IQ is as low as 0.3 of the variance (as the Dickens-Flynn model suggests), and you account for dysgenic mating patterns (losing perhaps 0.25-0.33 IQ points per generation), this is still not obviously concerning compared to environmental factors that could be modified.
