The hierarchy is self-healing through kenosis (self-emptying): at the apex is identity, but above identity is sacrifice; the highest realization is martyrdom, not dominance; this prevents tyranny because the leader is called to sacrifice for the purpose above and for the members below, not to aggrandize himself.
