Vengeance Prosecutions Risk Backfiring

If Democrats win the House and Senate, there is a danger that a wave of impeachments and prosecutions to expose corruption would convince half the country that Democrats want only political vengeance; it is premature to prosecute before regaining the presidency (since Trump can simply pardon people), so Democrats should instead use a mandate to define a positive, visionary 2028 program.
