Stop WOKE Act Was Open Viewpoint Discrimination

Florida's Stop WOKE Act, supported by DeSantis, was outright unconstitutional viewpoint discrimination because it would have allowed a professor to argue against affirmative action but ban arguing in favor of it; FIRE and the ACLU sued and won, in what was not even a close call.
