Netanyahu has done irreversible damage to Israel by creating an unprecedented schism in Israeli society and empowering the ultra-orthodox (Haredim) and messianic groups—described as parasitic segments—who extract concessions from the government to preserve its coalition, making the country increasingly hard to live in and driving young people who want a free society to leave.
