There are two categories of problems in the world: problems where we knowingly advantage something at the expense of something else (intentional harm, the 'nasty' problem), and problems where we don't know we're causing harm (unintentional harm, the 'dumb' problem), and solutions must address both by expanding the circle of care and expanding the complexity of process to calculate effects.
