Current GLP-1 access is limited to wealthy demographics (rich housewives, wealthy overweight men and women), not the obese populations who would benefit most, but market competition and government involvement (Medicare/Medicaid coverage) will eventually drive down prices and broaden access to underserved regions and demographics.
