Manufacture Solar Cells and Oxygen From Lunar Regolith

Sustaining humans on the moon requires using lunar resources: Blue Origin has already built a 7%-efficient solar cell entirely from lunar regolith simulant, is working to extract oxygen (bound as oxides) from regolith, and may eventually use electrolysis on water ice in permanently shadowed polar craters to produce both oxygen and hydrogen fuel.
