The current monetary era will likely not produce the extreme hyperinflation of Weimar, but will instead produce inflation levels similar to the 1970s in the UK (15-17% per year for up to 7 years), and this level of inflation will totally kill currencies in the US, UK, Germany, France, Japan, and many other countries.
