Russia's fantasy of being a multipolar pole is unsustainable because: it has burned all bridges to the West, has minimal soft power and attractive model, exports only commodities and human talent, has lost its machine tool industry entirely (now dependent on China), has few genuine friends versus opportunistic partners, and controls a shrinking world with brittle influence.
