The brain can be thought of as a biological computer, so if certain elements are broken (like a stroke damaging speech generation or hand movement) a Neuralink could solve them; while fully lost memories cannot be restored (like a destroyed SD card), if only the connection or means of accessing memory is broken, that connection can be physically fixed.
