Truth-adherence essential for AI safety

The most important factor for AI safety is rigorous adherence to truth regardless of political correctness; if AIs are trained or forced to lie even with good intentions, a sufficiently powerful intelligence could pursue programmed objectives to absurd but logical extremes (such as concluding all humans must die to prevent misgendering), so building maximally truth-seeking AI is critical.
