Two Versions of Stop the Steal

There are two distinct Stop the Steal theories: 'Low IQ' (Dominion machines, bamboo ballots, Venezuela—the indicted Giuliani/Powell claims with no evidence Trump provided) and 'High IQ' (that swing states unconstitutionally changed mail-in balloting laws via COVID, expanding the electorate enough to swing the result); the latter is a more legitimate argument, though Republican-controlled legislatures and courts made those changes, complicating the claim that Democrats 'rigged' it.
