Terrorists and sophisticated adversaries are highly talented, entrepreneurial people drawn from the same pools (top universities and schools) that produce legitimate entrepreneurs; therefore, America's advantage is not that its people are smarter but that it 'works better together' and is 'more likely to be compelled by a big idea and put monetization second.'
