Muslims should speak for themselves, not proxies

Khan argues that millions of Muslims—including women doing community work and young men who differ politically from Maajid—should get to speak for themselves rather than having two or three people like Maajid Nawaz and Ayaan Hirsi Ali be treated as representative; no one should have to be an apostate or a former extremist to get a seat at the table.
