Artistic Free Expression as a Defensible Value

Artistic free expression is one of the most important values in a society and Google should work hard to defend it by providing AI creative tools (like Veo and Flow) to artists as infrastructure — analogous to providing electricity — letting them push boundaries, while society decides at a fundamental level what is acceptable.
