Robot hand actuators belong in the forearm

Just like the human hand, where the muscles controlling the fingers are predominantly in the forearm with tendons running through the carpal tunnel, the Optimus robot's hand actuators must be placed in the forearm rather than the hand itself to achieve sufficient degrees of freedom and strength, making the forearm-to-fingertips system roughly half of all the engineering in Optimus.
