Humanity is entering a cultural evolutionary bottleneck in which technological change, especially AI, places extreme pressure on nations, cultures, families, and individuals to adapt, and many institutions, people, and whole countries may not survive it, with low-birth-rate East Asian nations like South Korea and Taiwan as extreme examples.
