Cloud labs need a security mindset, not point solutions

Securing cloud labs is a radically more complex threat surface than synthetic DNA — especially with orders split across diverse cloud labs — so it cannot be outsourced to individual labs and requires AI-driven, societal or global protection with a genuine security mindset, plausibly justifying a budget comparable to the TSA's ~$11 billion given a biological 9/11's far greater consequences.
