Humans were evolutionarily designed to spend 85% of their time outdoors and now spend 97% indoors with regulated light and temperature, and this shift toward comfort-seeking is 'the aggressive pursuit of comfort' which actively accelerates aging, because exposure to natural magnetism (from Earth), oxygen (from air), and light (from sun) is essential to human health.
