We must err on the side of tolerating the expression of any ideas and should not kick people out for merely saying despicable things; but the moment they move beyond talk—planning an attack, physically obstructing campus life, keeping Jews out of buildings, or bullying and assaulting people—that conduct is illegal and should result in prosecution and expulsion.
