Mitch McConnell held open the Scalia Supreme Court vacancy, preventing Merrick Garland from being appointed and allowing Trump to appoint Amy Coney Barrett, thus saving the Constitution and the First Amendment from progressive control, but the Supreme Court is still the least important branch of government and executive/legislative action on China is more important.
