Ungoverned spaces and failing states exist across multiple regions: in the Middle East (Gaza, West Bank, Lebanon, Syria, Yemen, Libya), in Africa (Sudan), in Southeast Asia (Myanmar), in Latin America (Haiti), and now in outer space (satellite collision risk).
