Austria and Luxembourg filed a lawsuit against the EU to try to exclude nuclear energy and natural gas from the sustainable finance taxonomy, and though the court rejected the challenge, Austria is appealing to the European Court of Justice, representing continued ESG ideology despite peak ESG.
