Twitter Files Searches Were Laborious and Anecdotal

The journalists did not have organized files but could only run highly directed e-discovery searches on at most two laptops shared among up to eight journalists, producing thousands of emails per query, which forced difficult choices to target known public stories and inherently produced an anecdotal rather than comprehensive picture.
