When Microsoft chose Three Mile Island over other available shut-down nuclear plants, this choice was limited because there are very few US reactors that were shut down for economic reasons rather than technical issues—maybe half a dozen at most (Palisades, Dwayne Arnold, and a few others are among the only options).
