Contrary to IPCC alarm, the evidence that global warming will have serious effects on life is thin and most evidence suggests the contrary; in the last 2.5 million years of climate change as warm and rapid as that now forecast, almost nothing went extinct except megafauna like the saber-toothed tiger and hairy mammoth and some trees trapped between Alpine and Arctic glaciers.
